Leith Tate, Managing Director

Founder, owner and Managing Director of Pro Metalwork, Leith has 22 years’ experience in the metalwork and engineering sector. He is responsible for product design and estimation, and has managed countless commercial and residential projects from start to finish. Leith has a Certificate III in Engineering — Fabricaton Trade (Light Fabrication).
Tyler Beauchamp, Manager

In his role as Manager, Tyler is crucial to Pro Metalwork’s success. Tyler is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the company and ensures projects meet delivery dates, highest quality standards and client expectations. He has 10 years’ experience in the metalwork and engineering sector and has a Certificate III in Engineering — Fabricaton Trade (Light Fabrication).
Jacques Schenkelberg, Supervisor

Jacques is one of Pro Metalwork's highly valued supervisors, specialising in heavy fabrication. Jacques oversees our large-scale projects. He has 30 years’ experience in the metalwork and engineering sector and has a Certificate IV in Engineering (Heavy Fabrication).
Kevin Dumbrell, Supervisor

Kevin is one of Pro Metalwork's highly valued supervisors, specialising in light fabrication. Kevin oversees our large-scale projects to ensure they meet the highest fabrication standards. He has 28 years' in the metalwork and engineering sector and has a Certificate III in Engineering — Fabricaton Trade (Light Fabrication).
Mandy Langford, Office Manager

Our Office Manager Mandy is responsible for client and supplier account relations, and plays a significant role in the estimation process. Mandy has eight years' experience in the administration sector.
Effendy Karim, Draftsperson

Effendy is a crucial part of the Pro Metalwork team. He has over 23 years of experience in drafting. Effendy is responsible for drafting drawings for estimation and construction.
